"I've had their plumber out on several occasions and am always satisfied with their work. I have a mortgage protection plan and Go Green Rooters is the company they use for their plumbing problems. I have been meaning to write a review for them but never got around to it. This time, my pipe sprang a leak in my storage area in my garage. I had to wait several days with the water turned off, but I'd rather wait for this company than chance an incompetent company to do the job. Jesse, the office lady, was so nice. They came right away on Tuesday morning as they were closed for the 3 day weekend. The plumber fixed the pipe and explained everything to me. It took about 1 1/2 hours to do the job. I highly recommend this company. They are kind, prompt for the scheduled time, and competent."

After having a horrible experience with Gennaro's Plumbing (refer to their Yelp page for full review) that Sears Warranty sent out. Sears made good and sent out Go Green Rooters and they were awesome they even were able to come out 3 days before they said they could come for being such short notice. I've had them come out twice. The first was because my garbage disposal had gone out. The second time, I had a toilet leak. Outstanding service and response. They are very conscientious and personable. they explained their work and left us feeling we were in good hands.
